Our group was really good. All the guys in my group are single, so we talked about as single men what does intimacy with Christ look like spiritually and practically. Challenged the group to seek, find and worship Christ in and through all things. The best, worse and mundane of our lives needs to be in communion and thanksgiving with Christ. This isn't about setting up religious guidelines, but pursuing Jesus in all we do. Being up to date on your one-year bible reading plan does not mean you have an intimate relationship with Jesus.

The group caught on and think it was valuable and good.

Good group last night, Lina & I really challenged our ladies on what submission looks like practically but truly that the most important thing is that you have a heart & attitude of submission, to Jesus first and then out of that, to your husband. Talked about what a heart of respect & honor looks like towards your husband and how we need to show them love in the way they feel loved not the way we do. All in all, great stuff and amazing testimonies coming out of group about marriage's already being transformed by Christ!

All I can say is that I'm not just 'continually' blown away, but I'm INCREASINGLY blown away by how God has turned my life inside out. What was once senseless and unfathomable, is now crystal clear. Praise Him!!

We did not have anyone show up to group, but Burgundy and I was able to witness to our waitress at Denny's who ended up in tears…It never gets old how the Holy Spirit can soften what was once a hard heart. It was a precious evening for us….
